Brighton Media Festival

About

This is the website for the BA Media Practice 2014 Degree Show, representing the work of students from the University of Sussex.

This media show provides an exciting opportunity for us as students to showcase media projects from our various mediums.

Over the past 3 years we have studied a variety of Media’s practical forms – Animation, Photography, Digital Media, Sound and Radio, Video Drama and Documentary.

We have also had the chance to test our intellect with theoretical modules, modules that gave us a chance to explore and deconstruct subjects and fields conceptually linked to Media as a whole.

In our final year we each chose our specialty medium which appealed to us for our final projects, projects which represent our passions, ideals and interests.

The results of our hard work can be seen at the Degree Show, which takes place 2nd-8th of June at the Dynamite Gallery in Brighton.

On the right you’ll find introductions to our work, categorised by medium, as well as details for extra events going on throughout the week.
